Seeking help with 2D wireless modem issues.
Since install cannot use videocalls on messenger or any other app. Netflix fine.. Download speed good.
Over last few months YouTube has suddenly stopped working. It comes up with Chinese characters, wont load .
Had Samsung rep around. Changed motherboard on the Samsung tv. Worked then after he left the Chinese characters came back and can't use.
The serviceman said must be the 2D modem.

I doubt that it has anything to do with the 2D Router. This seems to be a problem overseas as well with Samsung tvs. Some report updating the YT app on tv fixes it.

Thank you for that. Yes Samsung logged into TV from overseas and couldn't fix it after update.
Its looking like they are going to ignore it now. Its only a year old.
Stuck here and no one taking responsibility.
I didn't expect the modem but thought well maybe it's been hacked through the modem. But everything else working fine.

Forgot to mention that YouTube works fine on the TV when using smart view from phone. Only from wireless Internet it fails.
Thanks
