I signed up for a year contact with 2degrees and got prime video free, I got an email about how to set it up. I didn't set it up immediately and got a reminder email a couple of weeks later. So far, so good :)

In the reminder email the "Get Prime Video" link at the bottom of the doesn't work - it goes to the 2degrees website but that says "page not found". This is the link

I went back to the original email and the link is a bit different (I changed the number below)

I think reminder email needs to be tweaked a bit so it works.

Hi there, have you let our team know about this? Often easier for us to fix if reported to customer care rather than on here.

I'll screenshot your message and pass it on to our Base team, who look after emails though. Thanks for posting :)

I called up but when you select the Prime option in support they give you some info and encourage you to look in the dashboard and hang up unless you really need help. I ignored that and stayed on hold for a few minutes but while I was on hold I found the original email and the link worked so I hung up. I figured if I report it here it might get fixed eventually and I don't have to stay on hold or try to explain it verbally.
