I wanted to try Amazon prime, my problem is, coming from bigpipe which from my understanding is essentially managed by spark. What network is the 2deg plan piggy backing off?

Just annoyed Voda, am looking for a change and the $10 on deg was what I was paying I think $13 for, but not able to pay for the plan exactly ie $20. Which ends up wasing $4-7 each time.

Where the $10 prepaid plan has the same essential plan cheaper. Im pretty much sold by the ability to not have to top up fully every month to keep carry overs with a small bit of spending to keep this going for a bit, quite flexible. I used 2deg in it infancy, I was sold on their price practises, not so much their ads, but had a lot of bad experiences with coverage lack of being the final straw, has 2 degrees grown its mobile coverage dramatically since 2011-2012?

Edit: sorry I meant the $65 all you can eat fibre. I presume its 100/20 etc?

2degrees has its own mobile network that has expanded big time in the last 12 plus months Google 2degrees MoRAN sharing

National roaming is still in place for a few very obscure locations! They are also now building 5G using Ericsson

I joined 2degrees May 2017 and the network has ballooned out since then

That is good to know, I had a 2deg mobile for couple of years between 2011-2012. Despite great plans, the coverage annoyed me greatly.

$65/month fibre on 2degrees requires you to have a Pay Monthly (not prepay) mobile with them, I think - otherwise it’s actually $75/month.  It sounds like you’re considering the $10 prepay plan which won’t count towards this, or have I totally misread the OP?

Nope you got it bro. Thank you very much. Im stil going to give 2 degrees a new shot on mobile, I will be sticking with my current all you can eat plan and just buy a Prime membership for a while. We tend to binge watch which has left Netflix pretty barren.
