I just ported my landline to 2Talk. Works fine but for some reason they also CloudPBX to my account. Didn't realise that until I tired testing my answering machine and the call went to some cloud based answering service. Turned off VM diversion and my answering machine answers but not I get a stutter dial tone when I first pick up a handset. It goes away after a couple of seconds. Clearly 2Talk are trying to tell me something but I don't have any unlistened VM's in their cloud (and turned off their service) or any other funky settings.
I can't reach them today since their tech support is only available on week days but was hoping some knowledgeable GZ'ers could help.
Also I am using the generic settings in my SPA2102 so I get US dial tone. Google and came up with this page

so it looks like if I go to the trouble of setting all the tones I could get back my NZ dial tones but I am not sure it's worth the effort.
