I'm wanting to switch from the prepay to pay monthly plan, but when I look at the signup form on their website it mentioned something about having to physically sign something, but at the start of the sign up it said if I already have a 2degrees pre pay plan, there's nothing they have to deliver, so is there anything I have to sign first or is it all instant online?
