Anyone in Auckland experiencing issues with fibre through 2Degrees?

Has been down the past half hour, and any attempt to phone 2Degrees suggests longer than normal wait times and a queue that is closed to any further callers.

The broadband network status page says no known issues.

Any ideas?

Ok, thanks. Surprised they haven’t updated the network status page to reflect as such. Would save a number of people calling them I would guess.

Mine down as well, same experience here with the phone when I called - I wish they would add an outage to the website when something like this happens so people know it isn’t just them

Yep, dead here in Mairangi Bay, and thank heavens for this forum because their status page is empty as usual when things go wrong. Makes me wonder why they even have a status page.

Still working here in Auckland. Another friend nearby is still up. Two other friends in Auckland are down. All UFB lines.
Edit: A third friend down, also in Auckland. All three who are down are on CGNAT.

Somehow up here in Waiuku.

But I've got quite a few mates reporting outages on 2degrees, hence why I came to check things out here.

Outage posted on their site now finally!

Seems odd in terms of who it is affecting

We know some 2degrees customers are having difficulties using data via their Fiber connections in some parts of Auckland

We’re sorry for the hassle and rest assured our technicians are working hard to fix this for you, ASAP. Again, our apologies for the inconvenience and thanks for your patience.

I had a few dropouts earlier in the day. It has come back since the 6:45 dropout, but continues to drop out for short periods. .

Went out at 645 here

I can’t believe that they shut their phones down during an outage with no network status or update. You call through(after several attempts of caller busy) to an IVR that said ‘We are dealing with high number of calls and will be closing the queue try again later’ At least mention the outage in the IVR. Whoever is leading customer experience in that place needs to go holy shit.
