Apparently is a fairly common problem with 2D static IPs, they must have a routing problem with one of the ranges they are allocating. If you do a quick search in the forum you will find a few examples of the same behaviour.
Ask them to allocate you a new IP and that should fix it.
Called them up to change it. Just power cycling things now. The support person has said there shouldn’t be any problems related to static ips and webpages not loading 🤔. Let’s see how it goes.
Edit: Seems to be working now
Working with the same IP?
Yes. Their process for allocating static IPs is... less than great. I was allocated one from one of their wholesale partners (oops!) which mean that I could only access IPv6 websites for some reason. This likely explains the issue you experienced.
Worked fine for me when I did it. 2degrees can log into your Fritbox and do it for you, give them a call.
It will be a duplicate IP - There seems to be an issue with off boarding customers, cleanup and reallocation from my observations.

dazzanz: New IP is in same range but seems to be working fine. I find it strange that they do this at 11:30PM when there is a chance it can go wrong and no means to contact them until the next day. I guess for most people it’s fine but when you have to work late into the night it is a bit difficult.
Hopefully smooth sailing from here! Cheers for the help.
Hiya,
11:30pm isn't a specific time (didn't used to be anyway) that IPs are changed/allocated. It was possibility done for the purpose of least interruption to you, the customer i.e.: Adding a static IP address to a subscriber (via radius) requires a disconnect/reconnect in order for it to change. Customer Care for Broadbaord operates from 8am-10pm, so someone I suspect was trying to be helpful with intent.
Nick.
