The 25GB is just too much for us, but a 15GB addon would be about right. Would give us 20GB a month for $89.95. Which is similar to the Vodafone deal of $90 a month for 20GB :-)

On average we use around 15GB a month, at the moment we're just paying the $1 a GB.

Orcons cost per gb is around $1 per gb so they have to be careful about how they sell them. If they offered them at such a low price in blocks, people could buy heaps and they could end up loosing money. It would be better to re-organise the base plan and price, then offer the blocks as an addon.

In that case they could always up the Silver+ deal up to a 10GB cap but maintain the $79.95 a month. :-)
