I rarely use it but needed to hotpot on my 2degrees-connected Samsung phone recently.

Laptop connects to the hotspot but reports "No Internet". Same result with using another phone to connect to the hotspot.

Has hotspotting been taken off my plan, maybe? I'm on the $40 Carryover Pay Monthly Plan.

Any info will be appreciated.
