So, I was working from home and all of a sudden, my connection went from crawling to just offline.

Have restarted everything but seems to be happening on all devices essentially.

Anyone else on the same boat or just me?

I am seeing high packet loss on their edge?

It only seems to be effecting some websites, Google, Youtube, Facebook, NZ Herald (That I've tried) work fine

Trademe, Newshub, 2degrees, Twitter don't seem to work

A retail store I'm browsing a laptop to buy seems to work too, so I don't know

Those sites are all fine for me. I'm up on the Hibiscus Coast.

Should add: Static IP address too.

some weird stuff going on with my connection - I mean really weird.

I can access some websites, guardian, google (and gmail), geekzone, herald

I cant access much more, no reddit, bbc, kiwibank etc..

Before that happened, just dropped and went really really slow for a few mins

Chorus page isn't working for me either, works on mobile thankfully but doesn't show an outage in my area

Might have been an IPv6 issue. Used to have this intermittently on 2degrees.

I wondered the same and I tried to find somewhere in the Fritzbox where I could twiddle the settings to that accord (as I used to have to do) but I stopped before I broke anything as it wasn't as simple as I remember it being!

You can backup a FritzBox's settings and fiddle as much as you like, and when you break something, just reload the backup.
