Had been a customer of My Republic for 3 years and cancelled service in March. 2 Months later I get an invoice for $199 for the router not being returned.

 

I sent the router back with nz post on the 17/3 & have since thrown out the tracking number because I had thought a reasonable amount of time had pasted.

 

Has anyone else been invoiced for there router not being returned and have any luck arguing with them?
