[2degrees] Infrequent loss of connection, could it be my settings?

Good evening all

I experience infrequent loss of connection on 2-degrees (less than once a month). The logs state 'Login incorrect'. Without making any changes the connection comes back.

Could it be related to the account information being the factory settings? Using a FRITZ!Box 7490.

Yes, this appears to be caused by your Fritz!Box having the factory default settings and potentially not being assigned to your account on 2degrees end.

You can try just setting the connection to DHCP on VLAN 10 instead else if this doesn't work your username / password is simply username@snap.net.nz (where username is the login you use to get onto the 2degrees website) and whatever password you use there too.
