There was a blip in the matrix earlier causing some APIs to time out.  Suspect this is working again for you.

@chrisvp something odd is going on. When I click the link in my webmail to view my bill using Chrome I get the error below. I cleared my browser cache twice, and restarted twice. It works in a Chrome private window and in Firefox.

Given it works in a private browser tab and Firefox it seems like a client side problem, but clearing the browser cache / history / cookies / everything else twice makes me wonder.
