I want to transfer a warehouse(2deg) prepaid number to a slingshot (2deg) account.

 

After not getting the sms to agree to transfer to my warehouse number later i recived a sms to same number saying cancelled due to no reply

 

Slingshot blame warehouse

 

warehouse suggested trying another mobile phone?? still no go

1-2 hours invested time to give up?

What I find weird is that the cancel request was sent via sms to the warehouse mobile number but not the sms request?
