Joined 2Degrees business today. Submitted number port request straight away at 4:30pm.

The old sim card received no comfirmation text and went to no service at 7pm.

The new sim card still has the random 022 number not my old number till now 9om.

So, I don't know how long I will loss my access to my everyday mobile number.

Anyone can help?

@hhan Have you re-powered the handset with the new 2degrees SIM card in it?
