I have just moved to Snap and cant find anywhere on their site that tells me if they count uploads towards monthly quotas or not.

Can anyone tell me?

Cheers

*Every* ISP counts both uploads and downloads as part of your traffic usage.

Yes sadly every NZ ISP does, it's actually common place in Australia for ISP's to not count upload at all in their download caps.

Which is seriously hurting many ISP's over there with the popularity of torrents these days. Now that unbundling has hit Aussie I'm not sure if there are many (or even any) ISP's that are still offering free uploads with these plans.
