2Degrees Mobile web page when logged in and try to see any of My Accounts (To Topup):

Yet I can see the 4 accounts ... but get this message to view any of them....and 'endless' hold waiting for a human.

Your Dashboard

There are no active connections currently. If this isn’t right, give us a call on 0800 022 022. Otherwise go back to the 'Your accounts' page and choose a different account by clicking on the person icon at the very top right of the screen.

@msukiwi Click on ' Account ' then ' Register ' button on the main page of the 2degrees website and put in the main mobile number and you will get a SMS and this should put everything back to normal

They are migrating mobile subscribers to a new Prepaid charging platform as I understand and sometimes this breaks the online side

Linux:They are migrating mobile subscribers to a new Prepaid charging platform as I understand and sometimes this breaks the online side

Thanks for that, as after about an hour on hold I got a CSR who spoke in accent at the speed of lightening!

At every point I was told it "was my fault" even told to use Edge and not Chrome.

I was emailed a link to click on.....and only got a "Whoops something went wrong" message from 2D.

A genuinely frustrating experience. I thanked the CSR for taking up so much of my time and hung up.

Opened the 2D App on my mobile, did it all there.

But the CSR missed the point (Which you have answered) that the Web Portal was broken, and all he could say was effectively it was my fault for using the wrong browser etc.

In all my life I have never had such a bad CSR experience.

The staff based out of South Africa 95% of them are useless and the back ground noise is shocking

No way it is browser related
