As a legacy OG Snap user, yesterday I got an email that my account had been moved to the new account portal. While I can login with the app, when I try from a browser all I get is a blank page until I eventually get a message from the browser saying the tab has crashed. Is any other OG's getting a similar issue?

I'm an old Snap user and the Portal is working fine for me on Chrome.

also an OG Snap user who has been migrated here.
When you hit the login screen on the website, ignore the link for "broadband customers from waaay back". Use the credentials that you used to login on the app here and you should be sweet as.

Cheers

When I sign into the portal page, it logs in but then it just goes to a blank page and the browser console is spammed with the following:

I assume it's the spamming that kills the tab

Following @duffles suggestion, clicking the link from the old login page does work and the only difference I can see is that it first goes to an older version of the new portal, whereas I was going directly to what looks like the v2 portal linked in the email and signing in there, which triggers the above.

Ah. Managed to replicate this. Thanks for the heads up mate.
Forwarded it on to the appropriate team to tweak.

Cheers
