So ever since they have changed their billing system over, it's been a complete shambles with their "new look" invoicing. When they first started sending them out I had invoices that would have the first page with stuff on it, second page would be completely blank, then it continued on the third page with the rest of the billing. It didn't even have an invoice date on it!

Now ever since 2026, they've also stopped attaching the invoices to the email they send you each month. So you have to go into the app or website to get this. And it seems like you can only view the current month's invoice and not any invoice in the past. When I asked them why this is, they sent the below. Does anyone else have the same problem? I can't even view my January statement without calling or emailing 2D to send it to me!

Odd response as all my existing invoices and transactions were migrated to the new billing platform and they are even tagged as ' Migrated '

I just logged in, can see old invoices in the transaction history page, as above, they indicated "Migrated" Can download as PDF, or CSV.

Can’t be as bad as them reactivating a years old closed account, then marking missed payments as late.

I left 2degrees last year and had a fair bit of credit built up on my account.

Final bill was charged, some time later got a refund then got a $4.25 bill the next month for a part period of 17-19th of September not covered by the "final bill". I would have thought when they did the refund this would have fully settled the account.

No real biggie - technically I owed this but it's a bit of a jarring experience for a customer who assumes their account is closed only to get a tiny bill the next month after their account was "closed".

And a credit card payment has a minimum payment of $5 -

But on-topic - bills were migrated so at-least they got one thing right...

I can't see what you guys are seeing when I log into the app or website. Maybe it's slightly different because I'm paying with my Farm source card? But I don't get why that would be the case, just because I'm paying via farm source and not via credit card...

I've emailed support many times (on their regular customer facing email address as well as their business customer email address) and every single time they reply they say they're looking into it or it's been escalated further, but still no resolution!
