I'm currently with Spark. Received an email yesterday stating that there will be an increase of $8 from July. So, planning to get 2degrees. Can I use the existing Spark smart modem 2 and spark mesh with 2 degrees? Google search tells me I can, but just wanting some reassurance from the geeks here.

I suppose that depends on whether they are config locked or not.

iPad Pro 11" + iPhone 15 Pro Max + 2degrees 4tw!

These comments are my own and do not represent the opinions of 2degrees.

Yes you can. Just check all the setting & adjust to suit new provider requirements

Yes you can.  I inherited a Spark smart modem in our new apartment and used it until to could move my 2D Fritzbox from my old home.  Can't speak to the smart mesh but I ran a D-Link AP off it via wired ethernet OK.

It is now spare.

both providers support PPPoE (passwordless) & DHCP on VLAN10 so as long its the old connection is skinny with no VLAN tagging it will simply keep working including all mesh etc
