I have just moved house (only a couple of miles to a brand new home) but stayed with Slingshot. Moved same laptop, same line filter and same cordless phone. Slingshot has made the connection. I can use the internet and call out on the phone but no-one can call in. If I plug the phone into the jack point directly (not through the filter) then the phone works both ways. Slingshot say they "don't know why - try a new filter". Any ideas greatfully received. Speedy
