Hi, looking at getting snap NDSL when I move in a week.

Can anyone tell me if Snap will charge my credit card at the end of my first months use, or when I sign up?

Thanks :)

They will debit your card after processing your application, so it's basically charged a month in advance :-)

Hey I signed up at the weekend and have not even got an automated responce! What gives. In this day and age I would expect at least a email saying "We got your your joining details we will get back to you soon!" Andrew

Interesting.. I heard nothing from Snap since I signed up then had a call from Transfield/Chorus who came out and sorted the line out. Then later in the afternoon had a phonecall from Snap telling me what format to enter my username in the modem.
