"ZeroShock has a soft cap of 20GB per month. If you go over this we send you a warning, you can then choose to slow down on your Internet usage, or get moved onto another plan that better suits your needs. If you continue to exceed 20GB you will be moved onto another plan."

How many times can we go over the "soft cap" ?  Is there a set limit  ? ie: 3 months running over 20gb and the plan gets changed ?

Just need to know as one of our offices is doing video streaming and we might have to look at switching plans.....

ZeroShock was a plan we offered over 18 months ago. We no longer offer it.

Where did you see that information?

I know its not available anymore - but a few of our offices still run on it.

usually 3 and they are trying to kick you onto another plan and if its a business you shouldn't be using that plan at all as it is not ment to be a comercial plan

To be honest, theres no difference between commercial and consumer ADSL. Not that Ive found anyway - only a different helpdesk number to ring with people who actually know what theyre doing :)

Dosent matter anyway, looks like were going to change it soon.
