Telecom say they don't provide it but Latitude gets a rough idea of my location instantly, well in advance of the real GPS lock, with the default positioning server of supl.nokia.com set.
One would assume this will be the same on 2degrees . . .
I assume this to mean Telecom don't have a server sitting somewhere doing it, Nokia provide the service instead.
