Brought a sim yesterday and put it into my xt phone today - it comes up with 2degrees on the display with full signal strength (running via voda network) but when I call 200 to cativate the sim it says 'we didn't recognise the number you dialed ....' same when you try and dial any number, any ideas?

Talking to the call centre now .... oops I was taking to them but they just hung up on me ... took 15 minutes to get through the first time .... wonder if they are smart enough to activate the sim and ring me back on that number to tell me it's sorted or if i'll have to ring them back??
