Hey does anyone have this problem that there site is down

it says this

If that happens, just close all your browsers and re-open it.

There are several servers that an http connection can be made to from the front end, but usually an error like that will only be happening on 1 of the servers.

I encourage you to report problems like this to the customer care centre.
