Yup, it's gone again. While I was in the middle of changing my number. Back to the 'being ironed' page saying it'll be back up on Friday. Maybe the strain was too much? Hopefully this won't last too long.

Managed to change my number just before it crashed! Let's hope they manage to get it back up and running today...

I think its not that the good 0220 numbers are gone but that they don't let you choose some of them. The only number with 4 numbers the same you can choose is 4444. And there are a few other things I have tried and haven't worked.

I have tried quite a lot, even a lot of 0220 is restricted...

I can't believe this....I am getting so sick and tired of them teasing people...

oh yes it's on, oh no it's not...
the CSR are all full of it too..

12:00am: oh it's suppose to come on at 7am
7:05am :nono, it's not 7, it's around 7, we're turning it on now
8:30: nono who said 7? it's suppose to come on at 9am
9:07: our technicians said 10am

get your sh*t together!!!

waste of time!

I am still furious!

I only managed to change my number and stuff...
I hope this doesn't keep up...If they're still like this next week I am
going to move back to telecom or vodafone until they get their stuff sorted...

I can understand why people go around shooting school and gyms,
especially when every CSR tells different stories!!

maybe Tower Burger will cheer me up...don't like the hash brown,
will swap it for another piece of chicken

OT - you can swap it for another piece of chicken? A piece of chicken like the snack burger, or a real piece like the normal burger?

Hmm..

Anyway - It does seem a long time to get the site back up. I wonder who does their development of the web site?

I do like the way that you can access reports of where your credit has gone, unlike Vodafone an Telecom. Yeah, they have had a few teathing issues, but, I think they are worth waiting for.

anyways, about the burger. you can customise your burger any way you like.
it all depends on if they will charge you extra :)

I tried to port my number across about 8 am but the drop down menu where you select your current carrier kept on returning error messages.  The site was down again by about 8:20.

I was on at 8:15. Took a minute to log in, but then fine. Must have gone down just after I logged out.

Lots of 0220 numbers are taken because lots of people have already chosen their own 0220 number before the site went down last week (including me).
