Is it just me or does it not work with Orcon anymore?... http://netusage.iau5.com/

I have had it working fine for months then a few weeks ago it stopped working. I've updated it, even tried re-entering the account data with no luck.

My plan is Home Silver+.

It was probably using the usage meter on the front page of Orcon's website, which in their infinite wisdom Orcon have removed.

Huh. Guess they just don't like business customers then.

Awesome, had the same problem I think. I was also fooled because I didn't update the NZ pack. The guy who made it is really helpful..you can email him with any queries.

It's not really Orcon's fault, since NetUsageItem is a screenscraper app. Using Regular Expressions, it detects keywords in webpages to navigate to the ISP's usage page.
The stability of the config depends on the construction of the RegExps. In the case of the NZ pack config, it relied too much on webpages and keywords that changed often - broke several times a year, requiring a new config. In other words high maintenance...

When it broke at the end of July, I re-wrote the config for stability. It used to navigate through account logon, then broadband config and usage pages. Now it simply interprets usage from here:
http://www.orcon.net.nz/modules/usagemeter/view/CosmosController.php
No logon needed - nice and fast.

I submitted it to the NetUsageItem author, and he has copied it into the NZ pack.
