It seems Eric Hertz isn't the only one who has trouble remembering the customer service phone number.

My number is in the process of being ported over and when trying to sign in using the old number I recieve the following message

'Your Mobile number has been changed,Please contact the NZC Customer Service Centre on 0800 XXXXXX.'

Lol, previously i would have said "stupid pricks" cant they sort there network before launch. But now i agree that its hard to sort and "iron" everything before launch and problems will and do occur, best thing to do is: Phone customer services and report it, follow it up to ensure its sorted! I've noticed 2 Degrees do have a very geniune desire to help all there customers when issues occur, but it can take a wee while. :) I also think maybe there CSR's should be able to deal with a little bit more themselves rather than escalating. When they escalate you tend to wait for days!

Lol, the NZC (NZ Communications I presume) bit makes me think they forgot to update something when they started branding and with the appropriate customer service number
