How do you set up voicemail if you don't do it when activating the sim?

I didn't have time to do it when activating the sim so thought I would do it later. If you call 200 though there is no option for recording your personal greeting.

Anyone?

Try calling 202 instead :-)

202 is Voicemail, 200 is Customer Care. I think option 6 is setup.

some people who use westpac for txt balance might have trouble as their txt number is 202

txt codes and phone numbers are completely different things. if you dial 202 and phone it you will have no problem setting up voicemail.

The tech from 2degrees told me that the westpac 202 and their voicemail 202 is a problem. He didn't kow what is being done about it

Westpac 202 is a sms service and completely separate from the voice service for voice mail 202.

Setting up voicemail on 2degrees is also free if you do it when you first activate your SIM.
If you didn't set up voicemail first time around then it will cost .20c as you'll need to dial voicemail '202' and do it that way.
