I cannot watch YouTube videos since a few days ago.
YouTube site opens but trying to watch anyting results in an error (after a couple of minutes of spinning progress thingy). This happens every time, not intermittently!
The rest of the internet seems OK and shows >5Mbps

Is anyone else having this problem?

I am using Windows 7 and IE8/firefox 3.5/3 over Slingshot's Next Bigh Things

DNS is set up as "automatic from ISP" on the router.
I guess if the DNS was not correct I would not be able to get to YouTube website. It is just the video that is not playing, I can get to the site and browse OK. Really weird...

Figured it out!
I've installed VideoLan software recently and that has made itself default software for streaing thus breaking YouTube playback on both IE and FireFox!

Removing VideoLAN fixed the problem.
