Does anyone know the expiry date for the credit on the $5 Chinwag sims? I thought i remembered hearing it was either 30th September 09 or 31st October 09 however i can't find the info anywhere and the expiry date when i check on "your 2degrees" it says 12/08/2010 but i'd swear i heard different.....

Was the expiry date an expiry for activation - surely if the website says the expiry is 2010 that should be the case???

Of course yes I think the original expiry date for the $5 chinwags was 31st October but if the chinwag sim has been topped up the expiry date will be a year from the date that it was topped up.

Sorry about being unclear. Yes, it's just the credit on the SIM.

That's right the $5 on the Chinwag SIM is a use it or lose it offer and it will expire on 31 October 2009. The 2degrees SIM itself is valid and useable 365 days from activation.

Cheers!
