Hi there I will tell you guys how to get a cool number easily and without the hazel.

Choose your main number preferably you lucky number eg : choose 5
so I will type like these in the text box over on the 2degrees site as follows 0220 500 880

If it is 8 it will be like 0220 800 088 ,0220 800 660

See the trick to get a premium number is that by adding the correct set of numbers on the example  0220 600 880 the trick I used was adding the zero after 022 and making the other digts easy to remember numbers.

You can put any number after 022 eg !,2,3 but make make sure rest of the other numbers are easy to remember ones.

the trick in there is using only one digit over and over again by using the same digits eg: 0220 500 550.

Another way is by putting the same number you like but changing only 2 numbers in total from the entire number series eg:022 8 18 80 88 see in this example I have only changed 2 varients from the main number 8
besides the number make sense too the number is 8 18 80 88..

Also I found out you can still get 02222222 numbers just enter five more twos after 022 like this 022 22 22 2.

another way to get a cool number is to get one on your name use this site for help on this matter http://www.phonespelling.com

eg: 022trucker that is 022-878-253-7.....This site can hive meaning of number eg : 0228278647 :

0 Acta's togs
0 Acta's tog's

Translating letters to numbers:

ABC => 2
DEF => 3
GHI => 4
JKL => 5
MNO => 6
PQRS => 7
TUV => 8
WXYZ => 9

Hope I was able to help you in your hunt for a perfect number.. please post your comments and Ideas about this matter on this thread and I will be keeping this thread updated If any good Ideas on this matter comes by.

Forgive me for any mistakes as I am  new here.

Ever tried giving a word number to someone to put in their phone...

I have a very good wordnumber on 027, but no one can write down as a word or a number on the first go, so its easier just to give the actual number, which everyone gets right on the first go.

Same with any more than 3 of the same digit.

I don't like people writing numbers like
0220 123 456
or the worst is
0274 123 456
should be like:
027 412 3456 etc. Its also a pain when people quote numbers that way too.

How much does 0800 cost? (I know, but if you think it costs 'a lot', I suspect you don't).

Potential clients are less likely to call you if they have to pay to call you.

0800 numbers don't need to cost much, depends which provider you're with. Both of the main VoIP providers charge less than $10 for the number itself.

Dawnraid, After the hazelnuts were added in the first sentance, there use to be a "step one" until someone edit'd it out. Everything else just flowed on from there, with no other steps.

Dairies have landlines.  Why in blazes would a dairy need a "premium 022 number"?!?

Besides, every "premium 022 number" is currently listed on Trademe.
