Hi geeks and geekesses,

Anyone got any idea of a particular email address or person, or even physical address for Slingshot complaints?

They have been pretty terrible at getting a NDSL line provisioned for me (still hasn't happened after they said it would be done yesterday).

Submitted a complaint via the webform they direct you to on Friday, but wasn't acknowledged letalone replied to. Whoever runs their twitter account doesn't seem interested in replying or taking action.

Cheers,
Hamish

EDIT: They have now responded and are looking at it :-)

Try looking up their Head Office details via Whitepages, and faxing a complaint addressed to whomever is CEO.

After a couple of calls to their tech people which went into phonecall oblivion, I got a CSR who looked and couldn't offer an explanation as to why it didn't go ahead.

Their twitter people have now acknowledged me and asked for the account numbers so hopefully they can get it sorted for me :-)

That's not true.

I responded, and then you even thanked me in advance for any help..

It's currently sitting with the call centre operators manager, following with him at the moment.

It was true when I posted that, then you responded soon afterwards...

(Have edited my first post to reflect that, and also my reply at 11.54 yesterday to this thread reflected it :-)
