Had reason to call them today and the call was so much better then when they first launched - could hear them fine and it did not sound bad and be all laggy like slingshots telemarketing center or a phone on woosh...

IVR responded on the first push which it didnt always before and the person answered quickly and spoke perfect english and knew the answer to my problem and how to resolve it.
