I really cannot be bothered, unless you can tell me why? Do you have an opinion on something?

I saw a bit of it but I *think* without watching the video again it was about their Telemarketers calling some of their customers to upsell and the telemarketers not taking no for an answer

yep i saw this & it was because a customer had no phone or broadband for several weeks .

 funny enough this happened to me last december & i hit the same brick wall i would also point out if u ring c/s check your phone bill if your redirected u will b charged .

 i have returned to telecom so good luck

Just to add to my comment finally been diconnected from slingshot who funny blamed telecom .

Im still waiting on a satisfactory reply to the final account .

If anyone finds a vote worst customer service award can you let me know slingshots gets my vote , i cant believe the've won any awards

I would vote for Slingshot to win Best ISP of the year :)


I have had my fair share of issue with them, but in general they are fine, and cheap which is what I like. (you get what you pay for)

haha Techno i did word it customer services its just doesnt work . When you dont have a problem yes slingshot's has a good return .

my problem has been C.S its just not up to a standard you would expect to many computers not enough verbal communacation

but good luck to you i hope you dont get the issues we've had

They are up to their old tricks transferring peoples phone acconts without their permission.
see my other post in this forum and beware of them..
They will certainly not get any Biz from me and anyone I talk to from now on.
Why don't they learn, Unhappy ripped off people tell hundreds of people, Happy people tell a few !
