Hi all, just wondering if anyone else in central Auckland is experiencing a similar thing? I'm on a nakedDSL plan and my connection drops off pretty much every hour or so, all the time. i log into my router and it's either handshaking or ready to connect and i click to reconnect and i'm back in business. So thats fine, by what could be dropping my connection so regularly? It's a complete pain in the arse when i'm trying to use the phone, which for the most part is patchy on this DSL plan!

just wondering... i'm not sure i can stomach a call to their help desk, i haven't got the time or patience today!

They have been upgrading that plan today, If you did call the helpdesk, you could upgrade your telecom nakedsl and get Free off peek data and datablock banking.

On naked dsl, in auckland, never disconnects. More disconnects caused by vector/united network/forklift drivers over the last 6 months than the ISP or router crashing.
