First time poster/long-time lurker here

I've just started using 2degrees with my cellphone and tried to call our 'landline' number which is supplied by Xnet's VFX service. When I call the (09) 950-**** number I get 3 rising tones and the message "Error in network connection".

Is 2deg unable to call VFX lines? or is it a VFX problem?
