Auto Top Up is a handy service from to 2degrees that allows you to top up your prepay balance at the touch of a button.  When your balance drops below $2.50 you’ll get a text asking whether you want to be topped up automatically. Just text back “Y” or “y” and we’ll do it for you.

It’s easy to set up, you’re in control and you can change or end it whenever you want.
Setting yourself up

1. Setting up an Auto Top Up only takes a couple of minutes and then topping up is a breeze. Login to Your 2degrees and choose Top Up from the menu on the left of the screen. Then click on the “Set up an Auto Top Up” tile.
2. Enter the amount you’d like to top up each time your balance drops below $2.50
3. Then, if you haven’t already, register your credit or debit card for payment, through our secure accredited payment merchant, Flo2CashTM.
4. You’re all good to go!

When your balance drops below $2.50, we’ll send you a text asking whether you want to top up. You’ve got 48 hours to text back “Y” or “y” to this query.  If you do, we’ll top up your prepay account by charging the amount you selected to your registered credit card. If you don’t reply, that’s fine - no top up will happen.

You can view the status of your Auto Top Up in Your 2degrees. And you can change the amount, or end your Auto Top Up whenever you want.  If you don’t have internet access and need to stop your Auto Top Up, the 2degrees Care Team are also available 24/7 to do this on your behalf.
