Just wondering if there is any size limits on emails coming and going via Orcons POP and SMTP servers ?

ie: Can i send a 200mb email via smtp.orcon and recieve it via the Orcon pop server (Not that Im going to, its just a hypothetical query Ive been asked to answer :) )

Around 25Mbytes, but you gotta factor in the UUNCODEING of the attachment,. So it works out to be around 10Mbytes per email.

You also need to factor in what limits the systems between you and the sender/receiver might have. For large transfers there are 3rd party web service that can act as a dropoff/pickup point for you. Have a look at SendSpace - http://www.sendspace.com/ - they'll handle files up to 300Mb and it's free for casual use.
