I ported my Telecom number over to Slingshot and I don't appear to be able to recieve any messages to the phone from outside the Vodafone Network (Specifically Telecom), and I can't be sure if they're even sending.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Port was completed yesterday morning. I'm on hold with tech support at the moment so we will see what they say

Best way to get this issues resolved get a person on Telecom mobile to call Telecom mobile faults and advise the SMS they are sending are not making it to a 027/021 number ported to slingshot mobile.

It will take longer if you call slingshot and then slingshot have to contact telecom and it can go around circles

Its a quick fix on the Telecom side

Thanks John.

I was on the phone to Telecom when I got a message from my friend on Telecom. So Slingshot did manage to fix it.
