If Mauricio's suggestion doesn't work (and it should) then customer services can provide you with the contact number of the premium SMS partner providing this service.

Alternatively, it's on our web site here: http://www.2degreesmobile.co.nz/c/document_library/get_file?folderId=28350&name=DLFE-401.pdf&p_p_id=20

iPad Pro 11" + iPhone 15 Pro Max + 2degrees 4tw!

Hmmmm, me has just noticed it's out of date. Hey-ho. I shall get someone onto it.

Nope, there isn't 7500 on that list. Not on Vodafone's list either.

An updated one will be going up shortly. It does have them in (I've just seen the new file).

I'm guessing that's an automatic job text service used by the likes of Red Badge Security or similar?

Not necessarily, it could be some automated system with the wrong phone number configured. For instance, in the last week, I’ve had about 5 texts from 768 that have nothing to do with me (containing peoples pin numbers and password details). I definitely haven't subscribed to anything to get these.

edit,
Hmm - maybe, if it is a premium text that he has to pay for. Then again, there was some other thread in here from a long time ago where someone was signed up without actually signing up. I think it involved zollymonster, I'll have a look.

The range 7500 - 7504 are charge 20c MO, ie 20c if the message is replied to. There is no charge for receiving the message.
