It's frustrating. Need to renew a domain name, tried to login to iServe Domain using the domain name and password just to be told it's invalid. Tried to reset it twice, and each time I get a new password but when trying to login it says it's invalid.

What a system...

Use your UDAI to transfer it to another registrar and you will be able to transfer and renew it instantly.

Have you emailed them? However I don't think they provide any support outside business hours.

After five attempts got a password reset that worked... Also to note that most of their emails come with a reset link "valid for two hours only" and only two of those emails came within those two hours. The first one took about six hours to arrive.
