Hi guys,

Just upgraded to from NBT2 to NBT3 to get the free italk account and extra data.

I logged into Manage My Italk and no free account was listed so i added it (it said it will cost $9.95 but i'm guessing this will be reversed on my next bill?)

I downloaded the software and entered in all the settings as required, but when i try to connect, it says "Registration Error 404 - Not found.

Waited for 40 minutes in their helpdesk queue and gave up. Any ideas what i'm doing wrong?

Typical, as soon as i posted this, I tried unticking Enable account, then pressed close. Then went back in again and clicked Enable again and close - now it works!!

While i've got everyone's attention, can anyone recommended any other software other than X-lite?
