can someone please confirm these:

PPPoA
VC MUX
VPI = 0
VCI=100

username: username@orcon.net.nz
password: orcon password

- - -

Do the login credentials have to be specified?

i.e. is it true that the login credentials are ignored and the connection just authenticates using your phone number???

You only need the user/pass on the Orcon accounts.

Orcon+ uses authenication from our equipment so we ignore the login name you specify.
