Hi

Since joining 2Degrees I have been waiting for full texting functionality, specifically, receiving international texts and texting via Skype.

Would someone from 2Degrees update us on the status of the Skype texting functionality? I have called about this a number of times, and was told that it was being looked at. I am somewhat frustrated about the inability to use this.

Same holds for receiving international texts - from Rogers Wireless in Canada, in my case.

If I may anticipate a response similar to one I received from a customer rep in the past - please do not tell me that I need to get in touch with Skype and Rogers about this. This is the responsibility of 2 Degrees to fix these problems, not that of your customers.

I applaud 2Degrees for their aggressive pricing and customer service in general. However I have grown increasingly frustrated by the above two annoyances and I am seriously considering going back.

Please, can we have a more concrete answer?

Thanks in advance for taking the time help.

If your bank refused to send you statements by mail, would you complain to NZ Post?

Please read my sticky on SMS for more details.
