Can anyone tell me if Orcon+ service is available from the Birkdale exchange?  I contacted customer service to arrange to move my phone to an address close to the exchange and was supprised to be told that i would only be able to get resold Telecom product.  Vodafone have Red Network service available at the address so there must be a business case for it.  Parts of the exchange area have been recently cabinetised but these tend to be the fringe coastal areas. The Telecom maps indicate that the address should be fed directly from the exchange. I have done some searches in the forums to see if this has been a topic before but did not come up with much.
