Got an email this morning inviting me to a survey asking why I had stopped using 2Degrees. The questions and choices were pretty comprehensive.

Good to see them doing this.

I got one of those last night too but wasn't sure whether it was new or not. Looks like it is!

Roaming on VF is only in areas where there is no 2degrees at all. So if you're in a 2degrees area and you have poor 2degrees reception but good Vodafone, you won't roam.

I personally stopped because the majority of my calls are to a small group of people. Vodafone Family saved me a lot more money than I realised.

SteveON: no roaming on VF?

No VF coverage either; only Telecom (I live in a valley). I got one of the free launch SIMs with the intention of putting it in my spare phone and using it while out and about, but it ended up being more trouble than it was worth. Having everything on one phone is so much easier.
