My Slingshot broadband is down, and I can't get through to the call center due to "long wait times" which makes me think I'm not the only one with problems. Is anyone else experiencing issues?

Nevermind - It appears Slingshot is having nationwide issues. Thank goodness for mobile broadband!

There were a few issues yesterday regarding Internet connectivity; but these have been resolved.

If you're still having trouble connecting, please try rebooting your modem/router. If you still can't connect then by all means get in touch with our Contact Centre so we can figure out what's going on!

Hi all,

Just wondering if this is still happening? I realise that the original post was dated early in the month, but I've only just experienced intermittent connection issues recently. It started 2 days ago to be exact (16th August). Before then, everything was fine.

It also appears that it only happens at night (bandwidth overload?). I rang Slingshot and was told that there is no known network issue or anything. And yes I've restarted my modem a number of times.

Any ideas? Perhaps haakuturi could fill me in?

Thanks in advance.

I'd love to help out but I'm actually on holiday this week! :P If it's still happening next week, I'll be more than happy to help out :)

Otherwise, Slingshot should be on here every so often to help too :)
