Does video calling work or is it in the pipeline for 2d?
I was just wondering about it due to the reference in this post from salty
I havent been able to get it on my 5800 so I wondered if it was just phone settings or it wasnt available yet.

It definitely works in canopy, we did test it you know. :) It should work while Vodafone roaming too, but I don't have a UMTS 900 handset and there's no 2100MHz coverage anywhere near me. IIRC it was also tested to and from Vodafone, but it will NOT work to or from Telecom.

Are you having a problem with it? That is, have you tried and found it not working?

My understanding is that calls are the same price as voice (which is exactly how it is on XT and on most Vodafone plans)

That's correct, same price as a voice call.

So if I were to have 22c/min or the $30 pack it would come off my minutes?

Salty, is this a permanent issue or just temporary.

Thanks

It's a bit outside my area, so I couldn't really say.
